Examples of Finishes...
Custom Design
Design work in polished plaster uses two different plasters to create unique feature walls which incorporate full wall designs, logos and banding work. Main plasters used are Marmorino or Lucidato over a textured base, this gives a “carved” look within the plaster finish.Marmarino Finish
Marmorino Classic is applied in 2 or 3 layers over a primer and keycoat to produce movement. The final coat is burnished to create a mid to high sheen. This plaster can be finished in 2 layers to produce a dry open look or with a third coat to give a smooth finish. We recommend waxing the finished plaster to protect from grease and dirt.Lucidato Finish
Lucidato is applied with a special steel Lucidato trowel in 3 layers over a coat of primer to produce movement, pattern and shine. The final layer is burnished to a high glassy shine whilst still damp. The plaster can be left unwaxed, but we recommend waxing with Clear wax or Decor wax to protect the surface from everyday dirt.Polished Plaster
Polished Plaster Texture is applied in 1 or 2 layers over SC Primer and Keycoat to produce various textures and designs. The final coat is trowelled down to give the finish strength. This plaster can be finished in 1 layer to produce a dry open look or with a 2nd coat to give a smooth finish or a deeper texture. We recommend waxing the finished plaster to protect from grease and dirt.
